Multi-Family Residential Dundarave Landing
A mixed-use development in the vibrant Dundarave neighborhood of West Vancouver, Dundarave Landing consists of residences, an IGA grocery store, and restaurant. The residential area consists of 24 units, totaling 36,278 square feet over two buildings. Both buildings feature below-grade parking, with spaces for 132 vehicles. The development features a concrete structure with wood-framed elements. To take advantage of the sloped terrain, the buildings were aesthetically design, and stepped on-site to highlight multiple levels.
