Portfolio Urban High-Rise Devon Gate

This luxury condominium building located in Vancouver, British Columbia, consists of 25 units on 12 floors of residential space covering more than 75,000 square feet. This unique building was constructed as a cast-in-place, mild steel concrete structure with an aesthetic flat concrete roof, complete with underground parking to accommodate 66 vehicles. The amenities include a sauna, hot tubs, and lounge, all indoors for year-round use. Also included are six units of retail shops, covering 4,200 square feet.
