Portfolio Urban High-Rise The Montage

Spanning 23 residential levels, the Montage is a downtown revitalization project situated in Reno, Nevada. An existing hotel and casino structure was converted into 380 condominiums, townhomes, tri-plexes, lofts and penthouses, with a building area exceeding 890,000 square feet. The development features first-level retail stores and a third-level health club, as well as a three level below-grade parking structure. Residents can enjoy a roof-top swimming pool, hot tub, water features, a multimedia room, and a business centre.
